The Allergy Train kitchen does not use nuts, dairy, gluten or egg in any of the food we produce, however some items on our catering menu are produced for us in another premises. These items are coeliac endorsed and produced in a peanut free environment. 

Most of our goodies are also Fructose/ FODMAP friendly diets. 

Where allergens are specifically declared above, this means that we can only confidently declare this item as free from that ingredient. Any other dietary needs should be discussed with us as they may still be suitable for your guests.
