Return Policy

 

We endeavour to provide you with the highest quality goods available. If you find that your goods were damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of goods so we can follow up. If appropriate, we will provide you with a credit towards your next purchase for the amount equivalent to the purchase price of the original damaged product. Damaged returns will not be accepted, if you have not notified us within 24 hours after the goods have been received by you. We will pay for freight costs to return the item if the goods are deemed faulty or defective.

 

If your goods are not of the quality you would reasonably expect, you may send them back to us within 14 days of purchase for assessment and possible credit as long as they are not past their used by or best before date.

 

If you simply change your mind, you may return the products at your expense within 14 days of receipt of goods for credit as long as the goods are in good re-saleable condition.

 

Orders can be cancelled after purchase as long as the goods have not yet been sent. Customers should let us know by email or phone immediately if this is the case.
