Deliveries will be dispatched in most cases within 24-48 hours of the order being placed, unless an item is unavailable. In this instance we will endeavour to notify you and offer you the choice to hold the stock until the item becomes available or to provide a credit for a later purchase. Occasionally orders maybe delayed a further day due to high demand. This is not usual, but we ask that you please take this into consideration when placing your order. If in doubt, please contact us to discuss options.
All goods will be shipped to you at a flat rate regardless of the number of products you order or their weight.
Australia Post will collect your signature from you upon delivery, to ensure all parcels are delivered safely to your address unless you specify OK TO LEAVE on your order.
Please note that the shipping time frames are estimated and usual but occasionally fall outside these ranges particularly at Christmas.
We always try to ensure timely delivery of your parcel, however we cannot guarantee delivery times, as it is not in our control once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
We also have the option of using Startrack road express to send your order. This generally means your order will arrive 1-2 days after posting to all major metro cities. Some more regional areas may take 4-5 days but it is generally faster than using Auspost. Startrack cannot deliver to PO BOXES but we do put an authority to leave the parcel at the door on it.

We also use other couriers from time to time if we believe it is economical and more efficient to use another service.
We will soon be able to offer Frozen Deliveries of our frozen and refrigerated items within Victoria. This will mean that your order will need to be in by midnight TUES / WED depending on if your order fruit and veg and delivery is between Mon and Thurs the following week. Goods are transported in a refrigerated vehicle and dropped at their location. See here for more about this

We can now offer customers in a number of countries including New Zealand, USA, Canada, and the UK,Singapore the chance to order our products through directly via our store. We may also be able to ship to other countries but you will need to contact us to discuss. International Customers in these countries listed above can now order directly through our store. Shipping price is calculated based on the cubic weight of the parcel and you can see this when you get to checkout. Orders over 6kg will need to contact us regarding a shipping quote.
Any other international orders, please contact us for to discuss possibility of a manual order and payment via Paypal. Please email through your order and we can quote you for postage.
Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that all the goods ordered are able to be imported into your country.
