For those who cannot eat 'real' chocolate cake, here is a review from a customer on our carob cake. 'While nothing is like real chocolate cake any more; in it's own way this was even better! It was satisfying and emulated chocolate cake so well that often I had to really convince myself there was no chocolate in it.
I generally ate it after heating in the microwave and tried it numerous ways:
- With Nuttlex butter spread over the cake to make it more moist.
- With melted MilkyWay white chocolate (probably my favourite method)
With 100% Maple Syrup.
