Melinda's Gluten-free Goodies
A wholesome blend of Melinda’s signature flour, coconut, real dried & crushed raspberries and sweetened naturally with glucose and stevia (low sugar).
Customers add in coconut cream, butter and eggs (or substitutes). Lovely with a couple of fresh or frozen raspberries added to the batter before cooking. Makes 12 cupcakes
Gluten free self raising flour (maize starch, tapioca starch, soy flour, rice flour, raising agents (575, 501, 500), dextrose (glucose powder from corn), coconut (6%), stevia, crushed real raspberries (0.6%) & natural raspberry flavour (0.3%).
May contain traces of tree nuts as they are packed on the same machine as other products. Machines are cleaned after each product is packed but we cannot guarantee them 100% free as we do not test every batch. The factory does not pack peanuts.
