All our standard cupcakes do NOT contain ingredients including gluten, dairy, egg, or nuts of any kind. Our cupcakes are made in a facility that is 100% gluten free. However, foods that contain dairy, eggs and nuts are produced on site. We are extremely careful to ensure that no contamination occurs.
In the case of extreme allergy, please contact us to discuss your needs and our procedures as to whether we can help you.

Gluten free flour - rice flour and cornflour, rice milk (filtered water, whole brown rice, sunflower oil, calcium phosphate, sea salt) dairy free margarine, rice syrup, glucose syrup guar gum, baking powder (rice flour, sunflower oil, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acidpyrophosphate).
Vanilla - (failsafe/strict RPAH elimination option)
Lemon - citric acid (failsafe/strict RPAH elimination option)
Carob- carob powder (failsafe/strict RPAH elimination option)
Chocolate - cocoa powder
Please note: Icing colours will vary from batch to batch are not necessary the same as those in the product selection. We use Hopper natural colours as well as cocoa or plain white. We can do a variety of iced techniques. Piped rosettes, crisscross patter, swirls etc.
